At Waji’s, we strive to ensure that we only work with premium quality products That's why not offering any refund Policy, you can always opt for exchanges if required.
Exchange policy
At Waji’s, we understand that sometimes, you may need to exchange a product. We offer a 7 days exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your product.
To initiate an exchange, please email returns@shopwajis.com or WhatsApp at +923235001632 stating the reason for the exchange along with your order details. Our team will get in touch with you within 2 business days to confirm your exchange and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the product back from you via Leopard or TCS we will confirm that it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Exchange charges would be flat: PKR 350/1 kg parcel, PKR 550/2.5kg parcel, PKR 1000/4kg parcel, and so on.
If the product meets our exchange policy criteria, we will process the exchange and provide you with further assistance to ensure that you receive the new product as soon as possible. Please note that the original product must be in the same condition that you received it, and you will need to provide the order number. If the product has been used or damaged in any way, we will not be able to process the exchange. Please be noted that You can exchange the product with any other product of the same value or more and you will have to bear the delivery charges.
Non-Refundable Policy for Customized Leather Products
At Waji’s, each customized leather accessory is crafted with dedication, precision, and artistry. Since our process involves extensive effort from our artisans and team members—and every order is uniquely tailored to your preferences—all customized orders are non-refundable and require full advance payment.

All of our products are handmade, not machine-produced. This means no two pieces can ever be 100% identical. While we carefully follow your shared references, minor variations in design, finishing, or stitching may occur as part of the handcrafted process.

Leather is a natural material, and slight differences in texture and shade are common. While we make every effort to provide the closest possible match to your requested color, minor variations are expected.
